does anyone have a version of ns_lost with the crash causing particle systems removed? i swear i've seen it somewhere before, i just can't find it. in case you're wondering, i'm considering using this map for the #nsinvitational tournament being held.

There's a mod plugin to workaround the problem with ns_lost, but it I've heard it intoduces lag. http://www.modns.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=659

This plugin does so little its very unlikely it introduces lag. If anything it can increase your fps as it lets you turn off all the particle systems, which for some reason most mappers have decided not to let people do even when they don't effect gameplay.

I posted just the BSP in the bug reports forum btw if u want it instead of a plugin.
