#nspug Now Has Hltv For Your Perusal

<div class="IPBDescription">come one, come all</div>#nspug has just added HLTV to all of our official servers. now when a game is created, you can type <b>.spectate <id></b> to get the HLTV server ip and watch a game.

this should be a good way for new players to see what competitive play is like without being harassed or bothered. it's also good if you'd just like to see people you know (or people you've heard of) playing.

to watch, use an irc client such as mIRC and connect to <b>irc.gamesurge.net</b> (the same network as #natural-selection), then type <b>/join #nspug</b>. type <b>.list</b> to see if any games are running, and if there are, you can give the new HLTV system a try.

    If only it was all competitive.

    While I support #nspug and I still like the idea, it somtimes has less competitive play then the old voogru servers.

    i don't understand the point of this tho... it's cool that you've got hltv servers, and love to romano for donating em, but the built in spec mode is actually better than HLTV atm anyway. still... cool :|.

    imho nspug is less about teamplay and more about admins ordering you around costing you the game and then banning you if your team loses, that is, unless there are no admins on the game, then it's very fun <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
