<div class="IPBDescription">What do they mean?</div> By forum icons, I mean the little envelope icons to the left of the topic title. I know the ones with a lock mean locked, but what about the others? Like the ones with the white circles filled in with black.

    The white circle with black indicates that you have posted in that thread. Red envelopes mean that that is a hot topic (more than 15 replies or something). In the forum index, a "play" icon (triangle) next to the forums indicates that the forum has a subforum.

    Look at the very bottom of a forum. Tells you everything there.

    You won't find the help within threads. But if you go to places like the off-topic thread listing, the icon info is at the bottom of the page.

    They need to fix the icon for the constie forum when there's no new posts... it's still the IPB default. Anyways, yeah the info is at the bottom. Red = hot topic, green = poll, black dot = you posted.

    I see now, I was wondering why the constie forum icon was getting wierd, and I could have sworn coil fixored it
