I demand that you nerf the observatory and boost the charge because I've gone out of my way to provided absolutely no argument supporting either WAH.

In conclusion, I love all of you here in the Suggestions & Ideas forum WAH.

    Charge is in my opinion a transport method, just like leap and is fine as it is.
