Extra Lvl's For Players In Combat

<div class="IPBDescription">How do i do it???</div> ive seen a few servers that actually allow players to go beyond the normal limit of 10 lvls for NS: Combat.

I sometimes host LAN's with my friends and i was wondering what i need or need to do so that i can enable this function on my servers?
