i'm just curios of where do they go to work. do they work at home and just communicate each other to irc/phone/chat or whatever? or do they have a headquarters where they have to show up at work everyday? it seem to me that they just use irc to communicate and work at home to fix bugs, at least that's how it look like at beta bug database site.
