You cannot join it - I've tried, heh. And HLTV doesn't work with it, either. But... Cliffe and Eric are in it!

And the number of players right now is 3/80. THREE OUT OF EIGHTY! Is that... even correct?!

A fake. The IP address is listed as being registered to one 'Richard Pierre', or 'RIPE', in France. If it was an official Valve server, it'd show up much closer to home.
