for the record, its Window's fault. Firefox on MacOSX and Linux has no problem with this.

I heard nothing but bad things about 9 and also a few of my favorite necessary-to-love-firefox plugins/extensions aren't supported by 9 yet I don't think.

That and I don't feel like reinstalling every extension, which I heard you have to do w/ 9.

edit2: not sure if it actually shows your installed 0.8 extensions though, but it does show newly installed-old 0.8 extensions.
