You need to download: Beta 1 (the big thing) Beta 4 (a few builds later, this is a medium-sized patch on B1) And the 4a patch (a smaller patch on B4).

This is the public beta of NS 3.0, available to everyone. It's built for steam, so it's going to work better than the other versions when they were translated to steam. Be sure to distinguish between combat (a condensed version, without structures or resources, co_ maps) and classic (the good stuff, the ns_ maps). A lot has changed in six months, have fun!

Can I just cpoy and paste the folder over? Because the installer does not give an option to choose a location !
