My hits simply wont reg. sometimes it's not only PSHB but most players i simply cannot hit at all. i don't see how something could just NOT register at all... maybe if there's connection problems or your flushing packets or something... check your rates and stuff... check your ms, choke and loss... what's your connections bandwidth?

I had kinda same problem when i played with aliens...
But putting cl_updaterate and cl_cmdrate 100 helped a lot. Check do you have these like i have. If u do, then i dont whats wrong with ur game :/
But if u have defaults, example like 15 or 25 then that was the reason...
