Alt Gr+(button Here) Doesn't Work

I have this "problem" since the first ns3beta
when im chatting ingame with the y or u button I cant use this signs
@(alt gr+2) #(alt gr+3) {(alt gr +9) }(alt gr+0) [ (alt gr+^) ] (alt gr+$)
´(alt gr+ù) `(alt gr+µ)
No my alt gr button is not broken but when i want to bind it to an action in ns ctrl does appear
I'm from belgium and we use azerty keyboards here. Don't know if that has something to do with it.
Hope anybody can help me

NS uses the keyboard you set for windows. Other mods use the default US keyboard. Try checking your keyboard configuration on the control panel and see if it's set properly.
