Game Unavailable?!

I'm sure alot of you have had this problem before....
Argh! game becomes unavailable after I update steam. Steam releases new updates to get rid of old problems but creates new problems!!! Steam annoys me.
Anyways.....help me please!

I used to have this problem too. but then i fixed it by setting the time correctly. what i mean is- you see the time and date thing on the bottom right of your desktop, right? fix it. chances are its wrong. at first i didnt notice it, but it was a month back but the same date and time. (it was june 5th, but it said may 5th.) Try fixing whatever is wrong.
