Putting the alarm on the other side of the room would work well with my alarm clock. My sister left hers set when she went on a school trip, and it kept going for 5 minutes, but it was in a different room so i could put up with it

try getting obscenely ripped at like 10:30 at night, and do an obscene amount of exercise that day [work out hard, play some soccer or some lacrosse or whatever it is you do and do it hard] and you should pass out like a baby
I currently have a sleep schedulate like that, I'm just trying to get it back to getting up at 8 am and going to bed at a regular time
^________^
[edit] if that fails, like it's been said don't even go to sleep one night, and go to bed the time you want to go to bed the next night, that should help. But keep yourself interested in something as you fall asleep the second you get bored
pills... eat pills <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> sleeping pills that is, help me before, but then i startede to get overly hyper the day after so i stopped...
its weird for me :/ no matter when i go to bed, unless im woken up earlier, i will always usually wake up from 8:00-9:00, if not that somewhere around noon
If I know I HAVE to get up (for something like school or something else I can hardly miss) I DO get up, the instant I hear my alarm buzzing I jump out of bed, slap the alarm and do my stuff and goto school.
If I know I DON'T HAVE to do something important I'll just slap the alarm until it stops, then I'll sleep until 11:00-13:00, and be a little groggy...
Perhaps if you would say to yourself you HAVE to get up at a certain you will get up..
