So if stability/bugs concern you, you might want to wait.
EDIT: Finally got the old theme installed. It's still kind of ugly, but I can live with it for now. I'm tired and irritable and mozilla update is running slower than my grandmother right now... time to go to bed.
Sounds like a good plan of action..
I don't quite like the look of 0.9.. and from the sounds of it I did the right thing by uninstalling it and reinstalling 0.8 <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
or else sit back and enjoy the Opera browser for all the same reasons and the usual extra comfort over FF <!--emo&::nerdy::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/nerd.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Some things havnt been fixed, which makes Fam an angry Fam (such as clicking on the 'Your download is complete' hyperlink doesnt do anything)
Some things have changed for the better (Theme/Extensions manager, although I would rather have them as panels rather than modeless windows).
Some things have been changed for the worse: The Web Search entry in the menu is entirely useless. All it does is put cursor focus on the search bar.
Some things have changed and I will reserve judgement. The new theme, for example, is crisp, fits into Windows default theme in terms of colours, but ignores Windows icon guidelines and is far too pixelarty and flat. However, I do prefer it over Qute, which looked a slight unprofessional in my opinion. Of course, I shall work on my own:

Ah, but from what I read, maybe I won't download this.
Or I'll just install it at work.
And Fam, GIMMIE THAT THEME :O :O :O
Well, truth to be told, all current browsers are a pain in the backside when it comes to CSS2, except possibly for Opera. However, a page that looks perfect with Opera is very likely to look broken in other browsers, so using Opera isn't a solution either.
