Game Unavailable?!

<div class="IPBDescription">try another time??!</div> when I run ns and it has that steam window that says "preparing to play half-life..." like normal then a steam window pops up saying "This game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time."
It seems to happen after NS crashes, which is all too frequent for me <!--emo&:angry:--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif' /><!--endemo-->
(BTW, I have a problem with NS crashing 5 mins into the game.)
