Is it normal that i dont get 35fps in large spaces (like the spaceship in co_freefall) or where there are lots of buildings or units. I think its because my AMD64 3200+ is not supported like he should be
AMD64 3200+
AIW(rad 9800pro+tv tunekard) 9800pro running at catalyst 4.4
1024DDR (2xpc 3200 512 DDR APACER)
Soundblaster Live 5.1 digital
Asus K8V Deluxe running at Bios 1006 version

No OC's or flashes

Do you have a OS that supports 64bit? such as the special version of windows XP.

Also if im not mistaken ATI havent released a 64bit GFX driver yet, and thirdly high end ATI cards have know issues with NS.

I'm nearly 100 % positive, after researching your question for around 1/2 hour on the steampowered forums and plain old google, that your problem has absolutely nothing to do with your wonderful processor that I'm buying soon.

If anything, the game should be running better, which makes me think that it is video card related. I suggest getting a damn cheap nvidia card for HL based games until HL2 comes out, at which point your radeon is going to make you feel the love.
