Need Plugins

Where can i get the Super Lerk Lift plugin for my NS serv? also what are the plugins called and where can i get them that 1. shows the HP of allies and structures. and 2. and the plugin that makes it so like when you spawn you can be invunerable for a small time?

ok im confused lol i found lerk lift there and stuff but i cant seem to get it installed can anyone around here walk me through how to get plugins working? man im such a nub at this stuff lol
