How Change The Letter In Steam And Ingame?

I have done a search and didn't find a toppic and answer on this matter.

So, I would like to know how to get smaller letters in Steam and how to get smaller letters ingame. I think it is possible to do it but I don't know how.

I play at a resolution of 640 x 480 and changing the resolotion to achieve what I want is NOT an option as I have a low-and computer. Buying a new computer is also not an option <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /><!--endemo--> .

Please help me out with this because my Steammenu is way to big and what bugs me even more is that the text ingame is way to big too.

Still I think that font is not small enough.

What I also want to change is the size of the (for instance) find server menu. Because I'm playing at the lowest resolution (640 x 480) the menu's are way to big. I think by lowering the fontsize the menu's will be smaller.

I just want the menu's to have the same appearence as if I was playing at a higher resolution. Don't know why they didn't make that a standard thing at Steam. Damn, why don't they get brains <!--emo&::nerdy::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/nerd.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd.gif' /><!--endemo--> .
