I be doing a bit of reasearch for a paper Im writing, and I was wondering if you guys would like to help me out? The general idea, is to find out what college students actually do, when they should be sleeping. So, please answer to the best of your abilities!
1) What do you do in the evening, sports, videogames, excercise, hit on females, human sacrifice, what? Just list the stuff you generally do in your spare time, from 6:00 to 9:30.
2) What time do you try to get to bed?
3) What time (Or time range) do you usually get to bed?
4) Do you sleep well?
5) What time do you usually get up?

I usually go to bed around 23.30 ... and I wake up at 9 since I don't have a job and I'm not in school until next year. I wake up a couple of times a night, even more because it has been very hot over here. Oh yes, I snore really really loud.
1. I eat my equivalent of lunch at 9PM, sitting at my PC listening to music, maybe playing a game.
2. Somewhere arouund 10AM.

8) Wake up every so often, my internal biological clock walked me up at around 7:30 and then every hour from then but as it goes on its less than an hour. Seem to sleep better with the sound of a fan on (no idea how this happend). Sleep better if iv had a lot of water to drink. Sleep better in cooler conditions.
Yes I am very very strange.
1.) From 6 to 9:30 I tend to be at work.. unless for some odd reason I have a day off, which never happens.. and thusly while I am at work I am usually on these boards because.. well there is nothing to do when no one comes in the store.
2.)I usually get to be around 1 or 2.. it depends on who came over after I get off work.
3.)See number 2.
4.)I haven't had a completely restfull nights sleep in over 10 years. :-)
5.)I am up when the sun comes up... so as of right now.. right around 6:15.. it will change to around 5:30 by the middle of the summer and thusly in winter I sleep later.. usually.
6.)I am usually talking to the one or two aquantices that come over in the evening consistantly, or I am creating landscapes on bryce with my computer and possibly re-reading the WoT series of books.
7.)No, there isn't an activity at the moment that makes me sleep more or less.
8.)I wish I could sleep more restfully.

If I didn't have to sleep I wouldn't. <b>If I didn't have to be at work at 0700 I would be up til dawn and sleep til mid afternoon. I hate stores that close at 2100 and I would rather go shopping at night. I am a night owl, hate mornings and need lots of caffiene. No matter how much sleep I get, it is always possible for me to stay up til dawn and get back on my "old" habbits....SLEEP SUCKS.</b>
1) From 6-9 pm? Study if I'm behind on that, otherwise mostly watching TV (I have a few shows aired every days that I follow) and/or playing computer.

1.) Right when school gets out (2:45) I go to track practice and practice until about 5:00. I get home and bs on the internet for about an hour or two (basically the ns forums, and current events). Then I play some NS from like 7:00 to 9:00.

2] I "Try" to go to bed at around 2am, usually.....
3] I usually end up in bed somewhere between 4-5am
4] I sleep pretty well, yeah.
5] I have no usual time to get up. Sometimes i'll be up and fully awake by 10am or so after a mere few hours sleep, other times i find myself waking mid-afternoon.
6] Considering it's usually the very small hours of the morning when i "should" be in bed, i usually find myself playing NS or CS.
7] I only ever sleep better if i come home drunk and then pass out.
8] Nothing more really out of the ordinary except that whenever i wake up, that's it, i can't snooze. Also, i <b>very</b> rarely dream. I think i remember a dream roughly once every 6 months at the most.

Behold the weirdness that is my sleep schedule! (...during the summer, at least).
1) I play computer games, play sports, run around outside (usually with the dog or with friends), eat, watch TV.
2) I go to bed when I'm tired or obligated to. Yesterday it was around noon, the day before that, it was around 7AM.
3) Depending on how tired I am it takes between instantly and 15 minutes to fall aslpee.
4) Usually - if I sleep to long I can get a headache from getting up really quick.
5) between 8 and 15 hours after laying down...
6) I wasn't aware I was supposed to be in bed <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> . Generally playing computer games - during the summer.

8) I bounce around in my sleep like a madman, but don't snore (at least, not as much as anyone else in this house). I sleep very heavily at home. Sometimes I injure myself well I'm asleep (guess it falls under 1) I've hit my shin against the bed, I've hit my eye socket against a corner of the bed and I've sprained my toe kicking the side of my bed.
For college:
1) Same as above, but include: doing homework.
2) It depends when my next class is. Generally 4- 8 hours before I need to wake up for the next class. Generally between midnight and 3AM

5) I usually sleep to late and end up being late for class (generally because my alarm clock sucks), which is usually between 7 and 10AM
6) Homework, internet surfing (rarely computer games because the network at school sucks...a lot).
7) Doing homework or watching TV...usually with school I just get tired around 1AM is all.
8) Fairly light sleeper at school. Roommate woke me up whenever he left for class first, but it gives me cool dreams and it makes it easier for me to wake up. I think it has to do with the fact my room is in the basement at home and it's harder to get up without sunlight streaming in - although I just woke up an hour ago and it's 2am...so no sunglight now - but it is raining.

7 - I usually sleep better after a horrid day of PE where I end up dislocating a few of my bones.... and pop em back in
8 - I also enjoy sleeping in the bus, in classes (and still get ok marks btw) and pretty much anywhere. I'm like a semi-necrophiliac it seems. I don't care about the As in my report card though. And sometimes I wake up pretty late when the air-conditioner is on for some weird reason.

Generally don't finish work most nights till half 9, go home, bug people on irc then play games, generally eat anytime between 10pm and midnight.

I have this horrible ringing noise in my ears all the time so I can't sleep without music on loud enough to block the noise...but not so loud that I can't get to sleep.

8, i think my body has adapted. when i was 16 i needed 8 hours or i would literally be dead on my feet anymore then 7 nowadays makes me tired for the day.. i run well on 5 and lots of exercise..
