    Of course, I don't play CoH. That's the main problem.

    Not too long really. I think it took me about 5 minutes to make mine, but then I had played in beta.

    What that strips alluding to is that theres a ridiculous amount of customization you can do with your costume. If you don't have a concept in mind I suppose it could take you ages to decide on something.
