Game Not Running

I install my NS to my steamapp my email address folder then into half life. Later i install 4 and 4a but it's not in my third party game folder WHAT DO I DO HELP ME <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    1) Install Steam
    2) Play HL atleast Once via Steam
    3) Install NS V3.0 Beta 1
    4) Install NS V3.0 Beta 4
    5) Install NS V3.0 Beta 4a

    Search your HDD for a folder called nsp.

    if you have more than one you messed up. try again.

    if you folow these steps properly you will not get client.dll or map.bsp errors.

    If you are positive you have folowed them corectly then redownload the installer form a different location.

    Note: This is a file stored on my desktop because I have to use it so many times.
