Server Patch Changed My Maps And Dll

i know very little about servers so i read a guide on how to start one up and still it didnt work. anyways i am skipping this server thing as it was only to try it out. and now that i am trying to play normaly the patches have changed the "type" of my maps and my dll.

is reinstall the only thing i can do or is there an easier way?

and yes its the beta 4a on booth server and none server patch that i have installed.
