GameSpot has posted up some pre-E3 impressions of the Xbox version of Doom III, the upcoming id Software first person shooter with the Xbox version being developed by Vicarious Visions. The report also states that the PC version of the game will not make an appearance at E3 because id is in the "completion phase" of development (the Xbox version will be shown, however). Despite these words, id is still not committing to a specific release date for the PC version.

    Just a shame its not out on PS2 might have to go out and buy a new PC lol noo more money, i refuse to buy one till the end off the year tho since PCI express and other nice things are coming out.

    Trust me, your GeForce 2 probably has more RAM than the entire PS2 combined.
