if you have a suggestion, wait...
i have just come to a brilliant conclusion about making suggestions and posting opinions. I can remember a while ago when i complained that the marine turrets were too weak and that WoL's were too powerful and annoying. Now that i have been commander more and have played extensively with all the weapons, i now realize that WoL's are extreemly easy to take out w/ a gl and a comm giving ammo. and if an enemy was nearby, then another marine w/ hmg cuts through them like butter
This leads me to another conclusion:
to all the people complaining about beta4, wait a month before spamming complaints. i dont think that you ca nget a good opinion about a beta until you've played it for weeks. certainly i have my issues with beta4, but im withholding them until i know the changes inside and out.
for now, i think everyone should just go play beta4 and try to have fun

Lerks support, skulks help out each other a lot, or work together with fades and oni in one way or the other...and get shouted a couple of times at for blocking one another, of course ....but teamwork..yeah...quite a bit of it...it's quite rare to see marines trying to group up and move as one in co...even though it is usually the most effective way of winning as a marine...
You know, I blaim map size for it...I think marines would thrive better if they had some more space to move in...and it's rather ironic too...most co maps are in favor for the marines...open spaces...few ambush areas for the khaara ect...
umbra'ing an area where you aren't - so you are deliberately shooting umbra to help your team, not just because you're going to be there
going gorge and healing people / hive
"supporting people" etc is just what it appears to be - the mentality is that when you're a skulk, you want to attack at the same time as fade or onos because the high majority of marines will shoot the fade / onos first leaving the skulks to last (bigger target, 'more dangerous' etc)
if you class that as team work then so be it.
marine wins are becoming more and more common because people are adapting to the change. the reason there was (and generally still is) such an immensely low marine win rate is because people are playing it like beta 3. it isn't. it's beta 4. new version, new tactics, new style... give more time to allow your style of play to adapt to fit the game
