Need Pickup Game Plugin / Team Chooser

Greetings,

Some time ago I played on the CIS sleepless server, and they had a really great program for pick up games.

Essentially, it allowed the team captains to point at a player, enter a command and presto, that player was on their team.

Does anyone know where this can be found?

Sounds like Matchmod or one of those types of plugins. They're over in the amxmod.net forums.
