Guides To Winxp Pro After Format?!
<div class="IPBDescription">Recent PC probs make me want to format</div> Hey everyone, i follow some guides from TweakGuides.com, very nice little site with a good load of tuts.
However for a past few weeks now ive noticed a problem with my System. It never used to be like this. I explain what happend. One day i was browsing the net and suddenly a IE explorer error happend so i restarted my computer by the button of the front of the case. Thought hmm that was kinda strange but oh well windows aint perfect! Then when my PC started to boot up it was taking forever for windows to load (you know the screen with the loading bar the WinXP PRO logo) so i restarted again, therefore my PC gave me the option to start in safe mode, so i did. I got on the net again and scanned for viruses but nothing was found, i restarted my computed again and started it in the normal mode and windows started but it still took forever! Now the current problem is when i load programmes up my pc becomes "laggy" like my cursor will jerk across the screen and if im playing music that will jerk and stop playign until the prog loads up properly!
Im going to reformat 2moz to try and sort the prog but im hoping any of you younge minded computer techy could help me and stop me from formatting.
Plus have any of you got any more guides on sorting ur PC out after a reformat and a Decent Overclooking guide for a ATI Radeon 9600XT and a AMD XP 1.7ghz pc with WinXP connected to the net via a NetGear DM602 throught my lan connection.
