Ns 3 B3 Freezes

NS Freezes and it happens to me once arounmd once a day. From what I can tell when it does happen I am usually typing a new message, though I am capable of writing many messages before the crash. I am not sure whether this is coincedence or cause?
Then again since I don't remember what I was doing every time, it is hard to tell. Also in some case NS will freeze, and when I speak to my friends afterwards they too report a freeze. We are playing on the net from our respective homes.
My computer is Dell Latitude portable, PIII 800, running Windows 2000 Pro.
