Rank These Games

Well I'll be getting my new rig in a week or so, and there are quite a few games I'm considering buying. Unfortunatly, the computer left me strapped for cash and I can't afford them all (at least not all right away). So, rank these games in order and (if you feel like it) say why.

Far Cry
Battlefield: Vietnam
Unreal Tournament 2004
Call of Duty
Something(s) I'm leaving out?

    2. Far Cry: An actual single-player game
    3. Call Of Duty: Good game, but I've been to Europe too many times
    4. Vietnam: Not much of a sequel.

UT2K4 and SCPT are mighty fine, indeed. I have too many technical issues with Far Cry to enjoy it, and BF:V is pure asswater. CoD is a must buy - period.

Oh, and if you don't have Max Payne 2, it's also a fun game. DMW with the Cinema Mod 1.6 is great fun.

    playing FarCry ATM

    its... soso

The physics engine isn't realy that impressive. You don't DO all that much with it. Yah there are a few parts where you can drop stuff on people, but not many.

The one interesting fact is that the dificulty modes realy change the game.

On easy and normal you can basicaly kill just about everything (I just had my first part that required a mad dash to jump in an air vent b/c I couldn't kill the buggers).

On the higher levels you HAVE to use stealth... so its sorta interesting in those respects.

again, its a fun single player, but not worth full price.

please do you not know anything about games.

I rescued chick in far cry and saved world and in the end of the game wont want to spoil it for you lets say it's not like every movie where the black guy dies first

    however I rate like this:

    1) FARCRY DVD
    2) splintarcell

I think that's all ther eneeds to be because I bought UT2004 (had to drive to 3 different places (one was out of state!)) day it came out on that fateful march 11 or I think it was.

anyway I bought it (took me a year or two) and then I installed it (took me a year or two) and it was like ut2003! and I downloaded CS for it and it wouldn't install

but anyway that's my 1.999999 cents (~2 for u non math folks)

Aftermath could have been so much better with a little effort.

Call of Duty is good, too. UT2K4 is what you can expect... Unreal Tournament (plus Onslaught is GREAT!).

    1) Unreal Tournament 2004 : Great fun, great online play with SO many options of gameplay. Also great editor to make maps and mods. All round great value for money at £17.99 for 6 CDs.

    2) Call Of Duty : Fantastic multiplayer and singleplayer. Best WWII game ever. Again great value for money. Only bad thing, it's a bit too short. But the amazing gameplay makes up for that imo.

    3) Far Cry : Only played demo, looks good but I haven't heard a lot about it's multiplayer.

    4) Battlefield: Vietnam : Only played demo again, it was OK, wont buy it.

Unreal Tournament 2004 and Call Of Duty are a MUST buy.

If I wasn't too lazy/still content with my current games, which I haven't bought a new one of in like, 1 1/2 yrs, I would buy UT2004 in a heartbeat. But I have too many other expenses also, a trip to Africa, upgrade PC for HL2, trip to Africa, trip to Africa. Did I mention something about a trip to Africa?

My opinion only, ut2k4 is more of the same, so naturally if you're a straight deathmatch fan or a fan of its other modes, go for it.
I personally would HIGHLY recommend splinter cell, because it is truly something unique and innovative, seriously a must buy as far as i'm concerned. Stay away from battlefield: vietnam, it bites my ****, and probably will for quite a while.

1.) Unreal Tournament 2004 (One of the best multiplayer games on the PC. Very nice graphics and extremely fun game-modes. Around 100 maps... geez!)

2.) Far Cry (Incredible graphics, got really impressed by this. Didn't have so much expectation in it when I first heard about it. Multiplayer could have been better though.)

3.) Call of Duty (A very good WW2 game, although I hoped they could do the British campaign a little better, it sucked big time. Good graphics and pretty fun multiplayer though.)

4.) Battlefield: Vietnam (Very nice graphics, but I don't actually see so much new in this. To me it feels like a MOD for BF1942. BF1942 is unbeatable so far.)
