EDIT: Giving up, can't skin for my life.

1024x1024 big meshes and I don't think HL can handle it, in theory.

thats why after skinning duffman is going to shrink the skin or if you prefer you can just shrink it yourself and skin it like that

This is my second skin ever.. first was that starcraft marine. I'm proud of it though because it came out pretty well. I'll have the other mesh done soon too.
