Commander Request Problem

<div class="IPBDescription">Space throws random location</div> Problems been here for a while, tried to search littlebit and waited for updates to fix this, but seems like I have to even make topic. Even this is for someone else to point into ready topic.
So, the problem here is: While commanding and someone requests orders/meds/anything, I try to jump on him with spacebar. But what happens? I simply show up in almost random place, not even near the soldier who needed anything.
Sometimes - little more frequently - I press space down and get where I want. But immediatly when I let go from space, I get back where-ever and marine is being slaughtered.
As I said, this been around pretty much before 3.0, so I thought someone would mighty know fix for this.
Some maps work alright (mostly these new ones) but havent made any more insightful research along these lines.
Keyboard is Logitech cordless, drivers and stuff updated.
Config file has been cleared at least couple times after installation and I dont much practice tweaking around there.
