**** Think I Got A Virus

<div class="IPBDescription">help.</div> Okay I just logged on my computer, normally I don't have to click my name ont he log on screen, it usually just skips to the desktop and logs me in automatically. But today it didnt. And when I got to my desktop I had like 15 error messages pop up saying 'Windows Has Recovered From A Serious Problem' I dont know what the heck thats about


Things I've installed since yesterday

Microsoft.NET Frameworks 1.4
Alliegance.exe
VSLogin.EXE
ASGS.EXE


thats it. So uh any help?

    For the log on thing, When you install the .NET frameworks for XP, it makes an invisible account. So go to your control panel -> accounts and delete the .Net account there and the log in screen is a goner again!

    thanks and it wasnt a virus, unlesss virii only target BBcode. I restarted my comptuer to see if ti happened again, it didn't.

    Norton WILL ID asgs.exe as a virus (or at least it did for me) so make sure you exclude the alleg directory.
