func_illusionary with clip brush make it filly shout-through-able and walkable. that I understand. but is it possible to make a brush that you can shout through and it should work as kevlar...it should slow the bullets to make less damage.

it IS possible

You need to use glass... give it a VERY high HP (or even unbreakable might work)

Bullets WILL go through it... but they'll only hurt things that are right against it... and it has to be like. as thin as you can possibly get it
