this messege keeps ppping up everytime i try to enter a game now and i dont know what to do

i just came home and it just started comming up with this messege

DAAAH!!!! It's doing this constantly now!

Any server I join, It will put me in spectator for about 1-2 seconds (teasing me that I'll actually GET to play) and all of a sudden, BOOM.. the error pops up (error server trying to verify user id ticket 35)

Here is how to fix it:
1) Open steam
2) Go to the settings menu
3) log out of steam
4) log back in.
