I don't want ripped sounds straight from SC since thats illegal.
What we can have are remade sounds from voice actors that sound the same as the personeas in StarCraft (The SVC, the Marine, the Firebat, etc) and say the same thing to replace the menu sounds like the "Need order" sounds and the "taunt" ones as well.
What i need are voice actors that sound like em (And know it <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> Not just TRY to sound like em) as much as possible. A bit of editing should make the .wavs close enough to the real thing.
End result:
Every starcraft marine side personae sound remade and available for download so that people can choose themselves that sound they want to replace with it.

That utility, i beleive, would be for SC mods only.
theres nothing wrong or illegal about it.
