I agree. ATM it looks like an overgrown cockroach getting some payback <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
but more legs would look cool, but it's hard to shake that at-at feel

I could make some recommendations, but since I don't anything about the context of the model or what it's going to be used for I can't.
For Norn's tank, for more fear factor, make the legs different. Right now, they look kinda goofy. Make the bodly a bit shorter and it'd look more fearsome. A large cannon like gun on the botom of the body would probably help.

The most logical AFV design is a tracked tank.
Low ground pressure (Can cross softer terrain), small frontal area (easier to hide, harder to hit, greater armour thickness), smoother ride (better fire on the move capability), better stability (however multiple legs can help here), easier to make (simpler just remeber the KISS principle. Keep It Simple, Stupid)
However, tracked tanks lack a certain coolness factor in most peoples eyes and scifi dosen't have to obey all the laws of physics, so they are used.
But in a game, Cool is <b>far</b> greater than realisim.
