How Do I Install Vac On My Win Ns V3.0 B3 Server?

Anyone knows how to install VAC support for my Windows Natural-Selection v3.0 Beta 3 Server? I did change the file liblist.gam the line "secure "0"" to "secure "1"" and restarted server but nothing happens. So, how can I make it work or install it?

To the best of my knowledge VAC is not compatible with 3.0beta.

CD is the only well known anti-cheat compatible with any of the versions of ns to date.
