A Way To Stop All Current Crashes!

Before server changes map, set your volume to 0 and after map change is done you are safe to return volume to normal.

I have simple binds to do it..
bind l "volume 0"
bind o "volume 1"

And never crashes anymore :-)

Plugin makers could make plugin to fix it too..

Still crashes for me. Though only when I exit, never when map changes.

So now I just Alt-Tab, and kill the app from windows.

Ok, If you quit, the best thing to do is find a very quiet area, with no ambience.

Yes, it sometimes still crashes when quitting, try spamming stopsound command too before quitting or use "stopsound; disconnect;" script mentioned in stickied post..
