Open Internet Server Without Dedicated Server?

i would like to know how to open internet server without Dedicated Server?
Beecause i open Dedicated Server and join game to play is very lag.
i know "create server" is play on lan.
Can i type sv_lan 0 in console to open internet server?

There is a way... but unless your pc is really good, and you have a nice internet connection, don't bother.

i was try "create server" and type sv_lan 0. But i can not find server in internet server list. Is it need wait few time?

do you have a router or anything on your network at home? or is it just your PC on the cable/dsl modem?

if so, you need to open up ports to get the server to show online, and i dont off hand remember what the ports are. it's something along the lines of

27010
27015

you have to specify which region it is in

sv_region <region number>
0: US East coast
1: US West coast
2: South America
3: Europe
4: Asia
5: Australia
6: Middle East
7: Africa
