<div class="IPBDescription">Constant, never-ending...</div> Ok, I've been having this problem for about 2 years now, and I'm finally starting to get annoyed. It seems that every time I try to restart the computer it just stops after the Windows XP splash screen with the green loading bar, or once MS Scandisk or whatever finishes its scan. I have no idea what is causing this problem, but I think it's probably hardware... Please help! I have to wait at least 10 minutes before I can reboot my system every time I shut down.
