So Confused...

<div class="IPBDescription">TOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!&</div> OK, so, let's preface this. I'm 15 years old, turning 16 in May. I have a girlfriend, plenty of friends online and off and WAY TOO MUCH GOING ON!

I get this from my dad. I like to join/begin new things, I do too much and that means I'm trying quantity over quality which I don't believe in...

I am working on a CS Map, a TFC map a Sands-of-War map, an NS map and I'm lead level deisgner for a mod, Rise of Power. I am creating a texture set, I make custom skys, I dabble in programming and I play video games! And that isn't the end of it!!

I am an aspiring musician, I am putting together a band, singing for said band, and writing songs for the band. I am reading about three books and writing several tutorials/short novels/stories/deisgn docs. I am learning to play the guitar, I have taken out ads in newspapers looking for people to help my band and I am talking to everyone I can.

Doesn't end there either...

I am heavily involved in church, plays, choir, special events, video editing and video production as well as mastering and distributing DVDs.

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Why do I do this? Is anyone else this way? I have so many things going on that I feel empty, I feel as if I accomplish nothing every day, I feel like a frigging swiss army knife, I do all kinds of cool **** but how often am I really necessary?

Well, that's my rant, I feel a hair better but not really. I know I just need to evaluate everything and cut out what I am not "really" interested in but I am addicted to stuff, to feeling important and being busy, I am a workaholic at the age of 15, I need help... oh and did I mention I take acting classes and have an agent in hollywood? I do voice-overs and other types of commercials... *sigh* and there is porbBLY MORE THAT i'M FORGETTING... oh yah I have a CS clan and an NS Clan, I'm a webmaster for different things, I make t-shirts for my NS Clan and other products... ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

if its just fears that youre a workaholic, then i dont think theres much to worry about

its when you cant handle it all that youve gotta stop, slow down, sort your life out

i think you mgiht be doing all this stuff because you dont have a plan for your life

or maybe something deeper, like you need to somehow justify your life by doing all these things

I agree. I am very confused about what I want to do with my life... I could be an actor, level designer, musician, video editor/producer, singer... etc. etc...

I do also feel like I do all these things to justify my being here. I crave attention and being known. I live for recognition, what else is there?

Seriously though, a lot of people are busy, including me. It's just a case of making priorities and deciding which of your activites are the most important, and assigning more time to those.
