Extreme Lag

<div class="IPBDescription">I dunno if this should go in tech o bug.</div> Up until this weekend I played NS gleefully. Now whenever I join a server my ping is fine until I move. Whenever I do move though my ping shoots up to between 500 and 700. I have examined my network so I know noone else but my computer it accessing the net (I even tried turning off all the other computers) When I play other mods everything works fine which seals the deal for me. Any suggestions other then deleting and re-installing NS? (which I will try tonight)

    I've had the same problem, and hopefully this will fix it:

    1) Open Steam
    2) Click Settings
    3) Select the Internet tab
    4) Choose the correct setting for your internet speed.
