    A shame really. I love hearing people's sounds.

    As noted, people who do this are annoying. Thankfully, the old WON utilities for this count as a 'third party utility' which gets 'em hit with the ban-stick. Yet another reason I love Steam.

    Do not discuss this sort of thing on the board, even if/when a new annoying utility is released. Thank you.
