Custom Co Maps

I installed the custom combat map co_ether on my server. No problem playing the map. I added co_ether to my mapcycle.txt like this:

co_angst
co_faceoff
co_daimos
co_kestrel

Now, when co_ulysses is playing, amx_nextmap shows co_ether. However, when map changes it jumps from ulysses to pulse. I can't get the error messages, if they are some. But if I do a changemap co_ether it works fine.. ?!
Any idea why it won't play co_ether in normal mapcycle?
