I complain about things that are not just a problem to me and as i said its your job to fix it as im the consumer and your the producer and both have their part to play don't break that circle communists and capitalists did this and led us to where we are

    Also, I'd like to point out that you are not a <i>customer</i> unless NS went retail while I wasn't looking. Believe it or not, but the team has very little obligation towards you, so please keep your attitude in check around here.
