When you play aliens you either loose due to heavy imbalance alwasys 10 marines versus 7 aliens or your game is interrupted cause the whole marine team suddenly fades away and the commander sells everything or someone presses F4

Or as a marine the round begins some noob gets his **** in the comchair builds some rt and then falls asleep or does not know what to do i don't know. Noone plays with the wish to play a good game. When aliens get the chance to rush marines they take it, then the game ends in 3 minutes and you have to start again, great. Or the marines play so good, elec RT, hive securing, etc. that you just don't have a chance against the marines and even if you get a chance your team is already 3 persons smaller and your chance is gone again.

To me these problems are caused by the players that play NS and it is your job to fix such holes lame persons can make use of
HALLLO? these elements are taking out every single piece of fun
SO WHY DONT YOU CHANGE THEM?

Try to find better servers. I have only 3 servers in my favorite servers- list and I always play on one of them. When there are people you have 'seen' before, things usually go better, since you know how to get along with other players. Usually I enjoy my games (except when there are stackers, F4:ers or lame quitters).

Try to play on a server with experienced players, like a server that has been around for a long time, like voogru or Hamptons.
