<div class="IPBDescription">Mouse Lag, ect.. PLEASE HELP</div> Ive never had any real problems before with NS until 3.0 came out

Anyways.... my problem:
My ping can be 33, choke 0, and FPS at 80+ all the time... however my aim will lag 1/2 to a full second behind my keyboard/mouse movements.... no matter what
In additon, frequently the FPS o meter (cl_showfps 1) will SAY 80 fps.. when i know darn well im jumping all over at like 1.5-2 FPS... its rediculous...
Changing video modes, options, resolution, or keyboard keys has no effect on this.
Also someone suggested me to try GL_ztrick 1 which has no effect either...
I have never had this problem in any game before and that is the only way i can describt it, i move the mouse up, 1/2-1 second later the crosshair moves up....
