N00bish Question

<div class="IPBDescription">about .smd files</div> I've downloaded a few v_mdl replacements (the terran marien from SC idle pose, and an ultralisk gore model) but instead of being .mdl they have a lot of .smd files...I assume these need to be compiled to create a .mdl file...but how do i do that? or if there's an easier way all together...or i'm wrong all together...please post <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->

the ultralisk gore model is not the ultralisk gore model, like it says in the topic, but its the original onos v model decompiled, and the starcraft pose you need to decompile the sc marine, overwrite an anim with that anim, and recompile it.
