Why Doesn't Primal Screem + Focus Work?

Why not? If you have Primal Screem and focus, you don't bite faster. Is this because it would be too powerful? I can see it being too powerful in Combat, but regual NS, I don't think it would be a problem.

I always thought it was affected - you do bite faster.

I guess it would be more powerful if you put it that way. but them knowin that and not puttin it in because of that..I don't think thats the case.

Um, it is affected. If I'm not mistaken you gore pretty close to default speed, with Focus damage. Of course Focus still slows it down, what were you expecting?

Well, I tried it with lerk. Primal Screemed myself with focus. I had the same rate of bite with the primal screem and without. Maybe it works for other species, but not the lerk.

...k, I just did the exact same test with a lerk, and you do infact bite faster when primal'd.

Remember, though, that your speed is half your focus speed, which is triple the normal bite speed.

So you have...

Primal, normal bite = 0.5
Normal bite = 1
Primal, focus bite = 1.5
Focus bite = 3

Which means that a primal'd focus bite is still slower then a normal bite. Uh ya, hope that all makes sense. But the bottom line is that primal does work just fine.

I tried it two or three days ago because I thought primal/focus wasn't working correctly but you do bite faster with primal/focus as a lerk.
