Being I have actually seen beings bleed Green and Yellowish blood (see insects)

decompile blood sprites, change color, compile again. TADA! new blood color!
do it with sprite viewer & sprite wizard... not sprite explorer cuz it **** up the color tables.

Erm, anyways - I think the blood should be left Green - but I guess you could use a sprite editor to edit the blood colours, althought I'm not sure how to go about it. ..Good luck!
i downloaded the sc pack and it changed the blood to purple. but i didnt want it and i didnt realize untill it was installed....
