    It is the default Invision Board theme because the board was upgraded to 1.3 final and the NS Board skin has not been updated to 1.3. It will be back after they make it compatible with 1.3.

    My side is done for the TSA skin, joev is having problems with folder permissions or something on the server, so the forum can't see the ZIP to import the skin :/
